The artist does not assign any of his copyright , it being understood that an assignment or license of copyright must be recorded in a separate contract. Consequently, the artist remains the owner of all his copyright, including the right to reproduce the work in any form and by any means, as well as the right to communicate the work publicly in a non-material form, for all countries and for the duration of the copyright.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the purchaser is the full owner of the physical work.

The purchaser may also reproduce the work photographically for personal archival and insurance purposes. The purchaser may also publish photos of the work as it was originally posted on social media, provided the artist's name is mentioned.
