This includes, but is not limited to images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of this site. Please also refer to the "Copyright" section.

 

Sales of Goods and Services
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.

The goods we offer include:
• Artworks and all derivative products. The goods related to this document are the goods that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by these information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each product or service we provide. You agree to purchase these goods at your own risk.

 

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on this site:
• Credit Card
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the due amount to this payment instrument. If we believe that your payment has violated a law or one of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

 

Transport and Delivery
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and a shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. You will be notified of the estimated time for receipt of the artwork after payment has been received. A delay of up to 2 weeks should be considered depending on the method of delivery and preparation of the artwork or artworks concerned. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If the expected delivery time is not suitable for the buyer, they can get a full refund before the artwork is sent.

 

Refund

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

• The item is broken.

• The item does not meet the user's expectations.

In the event of damage to the received item, the customer must communicate with the artist by sending photos of the damage before initiating the return procedures. Refund requests can be made within 7 days after receiving your items.

Returns Returns can be made in person at the artist's studio located in Saint-Anselme, QC, CANADA or sent to him by a reliable delivery company or by mail under the following conditions:

 

Procedures to follow to return your items by mail:

Pack the products to be returned well, and make sure to use the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return fees.

Warranties Limitation of liability.
Once the product or artwork is received and accepted, the artist is no longer responsible for breakages caused by handling the item, its installation, the storage location and the storage temperature.
Avoid placing the artwork in the sun for a long period or at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.

 

Linda Rheault or one of her employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Linda Rheault and her employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any misuse of this site.

 

Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify Linda Rheault from any liability, any cost, any cause of action, any damage or any expense arising from your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set forth in this document.

 

Applicable laws
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and aims to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. For EU residents, the GDPR is the applicable law governing this document. In the event of a conflict between a provision of this document and the GDPR, the rules of the GDPR will take precedence.

 

Severability
If at any time one of the provisions set out in this document is deemed incompatible or invalid under applicable laws, these provisions will be considered null and will be removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by the laws and the remainder of the document will still be considered valid.

These general conditions can be modified from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and reflect any change in the way we manage our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site.
